Sales Portal Business Analyst
An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Portal Business Analyst to join our client, a major financial services company based in Docklands, London.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Portal Business Analyst job will include:
-Supporting the development of global digital strategy, business case and TOM
-Capture the requirements for a sales portal from all relevant stakeholders and regions.
-Document them as standard Business Requirements Document. Ensure buy in and approval from all relevant governance bodies
-Liaise with GPS to deliver a clear choice technical design and ensure that and the relevant business case gets approved by all relevant governance bodies
-Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure first phase of content is generated and placed on the portal.
-Training for all users
-Sales portal should meet all security and data classification requirements for the bank
-Actively work with the Intranet governance network and other regions
-Put together a future development path which includes technology enhancements, increases in content, deployment to mobile devices, etc.
-Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of BAU Sales Portal Manager
-Be the single point of reference for issues pertaining to the Global Sales Portal
-Coordinating a global digital community to share best practices, create clear line of sight for deployments
-Ensure all key stakeholders are actively engaged providing a meaningful contribution to the overall Group driving a constructive, collaborative relationship
-Defining and tracking success measures/metrics, Coordinating collaborative approach between IT, Marketing & business
-Assist in the development of Intranet policy and strategy
The ideal Sales Portal Business Analyst will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Prior experience of documenting requirements and designing sales portals for MNC's engaged in B2B sales
-Expert on current and future web technologies (In particular, of Intranet HTML portals, Lotus Notes, SharePoint etc.)
-Global footprint exposure with different cultures
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
-Extremely good communications skills (written and spoken)
-Good experience of complex data security and access requirements
-Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Skills in creating dummy sites and ensuring buy-in from senior stakeholders
-Prior understanding and experience of operating in a complex multi product sales organization
