Description
My client is looking for someone to work as part of a National Improvement Team to train service delivery staff in new procedures and methods of work, conduct internal performance and delivery standards audits and lead the self assessment process. You will need experience of delivering training to frontline staff across a range of subjects, experience of conducting audits across a diverse organisation and also experience leading, co-ordinating and completing self assessment exercises across an range of services. Any knowledge of the criminal justice system and the third sector will also be beneficial as would knowledge of best practice in self assessment and audit processes eg TSA or Ofsted.
