Proteus Europe operating as an employment business, is currently seeking a Technical Support expert.
Responsabilités
" Ensure the level 2 & 3 support for all sites
" Provide technical support to the internal IT team for the Workspace environment
" Define all operational procedures for any new software installed on the workstations
" Create/update applications packaging
Update of the Workspace image to keep it up to date
" Define all operational procedures for any new software installed on the workstations
" Tests the new software/New tool
" Implement Workstations changes following the process in place (Ex: software updates deployment)
" Coordinate the packages development with the SMS/SCCM technical specialist
" Work on problem management with our key partners (Itergy, Microsoft, Dell)
" Provide a high level of service support following the service level agreement defined to meet or exceed customer needs
" Participate in multi-stream project when required
" Participate to definition and improvement of standards (Software + Hardware)
College/University Education:
" Graduate Engineer or similar
ther Qualifications:
" 3 - 5 years of experience in application packaging and deployment is required.
" Excellent experience in system Scripting (Powershell, vbs,)
" English: fluent writing and oral capabilities required
" French: fluent writing and oral capabilities required
" Ability to operate in a complex global structure
" Good understanding of others Infrastructure domains
" ITIL Certification is a plus
