We are currently recruiting for a leading Financial Services client. They require an experienced Customer Complaints Handler to join them ASAP. You will be an employed consultant of Spring working onsite with the client for initially a 5/6 month fixed term assignment

Skill Set Expected:
- Brilliant communication skills
- Previous experience of working in this role within a fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of computerised systems including Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality output.
- Experience of dealing with compliance/governance complaints ideal but not essential
- Focused and able to demonstrate understanding/empathy with both internal and external customers

The Role:
To process the review of files or complaints related to compliance. This is to be carried out to agreed standards and within defined guidelines, incorporating a range of administrative duties. Investigate and process complaints regarding advice provided by the Direct Sales force. Make recommendations on the way forward, always working within the regulatory guidelines. Answering incoming calls regarding review progress or complaint activity. Issue of written customer communications and timely, thorough and accurate initial review of customer and policy information. Implementing redress where actions follow defined procedures (processing redress calculations). Updating tracking database and support and work closely with complaints technicians and administration support officers to ensure smooth workflow within the section.

How Does It Work?
The Employed Consultant Model (ECM) is a dedicated business unit within Spring IT
Solutions, part of the Spring Group. Here, Spring employ you as an Employed Consultant (EC)
on a fixed term basis and then deploy you onto assignments at our end clients. This allows you to gain the flexibility to work and gain experience with a number of leading blue chip and global organisations.

What Is The Package?
As an EC (Employed Consultant) from day one you will receive a permanent salary and 23 day holiday entitlement plus bank holidays. After an initial probation period you would also receive a 5% bonus payment (after 12 months of service), sick-pay plus a number of additional benefits such as medical insurance, income protection, critical illness cover, life insurance and access to our discounted benefits website as well as over 6000 training options just to name a few!

This option is something that is highly favoured over standard contract work and can offer a quick turn around from application to offer. This great opportunity is being offered on a PAYE basis which means a LTD/Umbrella company could not be used while on the EC model and no expenses can be claimed unless travelling while on site.
