Our client is looking for a Web Analytics Consultant for the following position. The need is very urgent and the client will interview ASAP!
Position Description & Responsibilities:
- Triaging responses that come in through our online customer feedback tool. May not need to have experience with the tool itself, but this is more reviewing daily comments submitted by site visitors
- Triaging comments and sending them on to the appropriate internal personnel for action/response
- Tracking comments related to site issues from submission to development. i., e., comments come in that something is confusing then getting that comment in front of usability experts who recommend changes to the site. Then any changes to sites as part of this process need to be attributed to the feedback tool to help demonstrate the value of the tool.
- Construct Reports that are distributed to internal constituents on daily, weekly, monthly and/or quarterly basis.
- Majority of Reports are constructed manually
- Ability to merge data from disparate sources to calculate statistics
- Experience providing high-level analysis and recommendations for improvement in KPIs.
- Occasionally verifying accuracy of data
- Time permitting, research, understand and document issues with data acquisition and integrity.
- May be some opportunity to serve as SME of this portion (web analytics/reporting) of an overarching enterprise BI project Report areas include monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports as time/experience allows.
Skill Required:
- Working knowledge of online reporting tools
o WebTrends (or similar)
o TeaLeaf - Access database experience
- Good organizational skills
- Good presentation skills
