Description
This business critical strategic program is central to the future shape and structure of our clients European insurance business as they look to manage costs and drive profitability as part of a restructure.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a new Target Operating Model that will require you to demonstrate strong domain knowledge with a background in Insurance and experience of working across the sector.
As an ex-Big 4 consultant or equivalent, you will be able to advise strategically and provide input into the TOM, so please be able to demonstrate knowledge of different outsourcing, offshoring models for example.
Most importantly, you will have a track-record of working on similar level programs that have required you to deal with the challenge of multiple senior stakeholders. This role is ultimately delivery focused, so you will need very strong communication skills and evidence of working across different European territories.
