Description
My client is looking for a German/French speaking Windows XP/Office 2010/Blackberry Support Engineer to join their growing team with an immediate start.
The majority of the role will involve first and second line telephone support, but will also involve working on the sales floor, as you will be part of a team supporting 250 users, and over 1000 in-house applications. The ideal candidate would be fluent in French and/or German, as well as English.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, who is not afraid to deal with things outside his/her comfort zone.
