Role: Implementation Support Business Analyst
Skills: Implementation Support Business Analyst - Fraud - London- 6 months - £400/day
Overview
Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of a Implementation Support Business Analyst, who has experience within retail banking t o ensure that Fraud & Underwriting functions are anticipated within the landscape.
Core duties of the role:
- Implementation planning for spine of the plan key events, co-ordinating activities in line with the Central Implementation plans
- Manage implementation activity for Dress Rehearsals and Live Trials
- Ensure that all Critical Readiness Factors are achieved and milestones tracked centrally are met
- Co-ordinate activity around FOV planning and delivery
- Liaise with Centrally managed workstreams and adhere to centrally managed milestones
- Manage the User Access Management process
- Design and implement Command & Control Centre processes for Fraud and Underwriting
- Design and Implement Incident Management and Post Live Support processes
- Implementation support experience in a banking environment specifically within Fraud.
- Experience of Implementation within challenging programmes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
