The business is urgently seeking an Internal Communications Consultant to join the business on an interim contract. This role is of vital importance to the business and the main function of the role is to ensure effective communication channels across their fast paced operation. You will be responsible for creating, developing and managing communication strategies and frameworks as well as ensuring the teams are aware of changing internal priorities and challenges. The purpose of the role is to develop and execute a strategy to drive high performance and embed this into their culture - which is focused on production and quality in a very fast moving environment. This role is based in London - and is working for a leading Outsourcing Consultancy - into a large retail Financial Services organisation.
As a Comms Manager, you will need previous demonstrable experience setting up internal communication strategies, processes and practices. Due to the nature of the business you must have worked within an organisation that was going through a significant period of change, in a fast paced environment and be focused on internal communication policies and strategies. You will also have worked withing Financial Services - in a Comms Consultant role.
