TECHNICIAN LEVEL SKILLS:

  • Deskside software support
  • High End Printer and MFP Laser component level repair
  • Server Component Level hardware repair and software restore
  • Network Device replacement/configuration
  • Basic Network troubleshooting

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • A+
  • Multiple OEM Hardware Certifications (Lexmark, HP, Dell, etc.)
  • Two + Industry Certifications (Server+, PDI, etc.)

ABILITIES:

  • Read and follow written directions
  • Write legibly and accurately
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass Background and Drug Check, as required
  • Basic Project Management skills
  • Verbal and written Client Level Communications
  • Lead a team of resources
  • Work autonomously
