Description
EDT are looking for an SAP HCM Project Manager to join a Melbourne based organisation on an initial 6mth contract basis - with view to extend.The role would suit someone with an SAP HCM Lead/project management background - that has both functional & technical knowledge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven HCM Project manager to work on a global project and one that will test all you knowledge and experience!
Below is a mixture of the key aspect we are looking for in an SAP HCM Project Manager:
* Have at least 5+ years SAP HR project management/technical lead experience
* Experience in implementing enterprise wide projects especially end to end SAP HR systems in global organisations and complex environments
* Project Management and change management experience
* Experience with Functional specification creation and review
* Proven success in managing relationships with the Systems Integrator partner and other 3rd party vendors
* Experience with implementing interfaces is a bonus (ALE/PI)
* Have exceptional communication skills both written and oral
Education and Qualifications:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration
In addition; your stakeholder management experience skills are highly sort after as this will be a key aspect of the role.
