ROLE: Project Manager

Our client a leading UK retail bank, requires a Project Manager to deliver the customer service element as part of a wider. Complex divestment programme.

Purpose of the role

  • Provide Project Management expertise to manage the Customer Impacts for Customer Services Programme, support BAU complaints teams in responding to complaints relating to the Verde Customer Journey.
  • To scope out, plan and manage the delivery of customer impacts workstream within the programme.
  • Working in conjunction with the central communications and business programme teams to ensure all customer impacts are understood, complaint scenarios identified, complaint responses approved and colleague communications are issued.
  • To manage the plan, risks, issues and reporting for the customer impacts workstream.
  • To task manage the communications and SME resources in the workstream.
  • To liaise with central communications governance forums and business stakeholders to ensure CS communications are approved.
  • To review and assist with writing and presentation of communication presentation packs when required.

Core Skills

  • Proven project management track record using recognised methodology.
  • Understanding of Customer Journeys, impact analysis of customer impacts and communications.
  • Self motivated and able to work as part of a diverse and geographically separated team.
  • Able to work under pressure and remain calm.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work with business and programme stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and confidence to push back on demands when required.
