Our large Financial Services Client based in Glasgow has just re-released a Senior Data Analyst requirement for one of their key workstreams. Working as part of the Data Analysis team, the role will work closely with the Data Management Team, will have international stakeholders and will also face of to both the business & IT teams.
In order to be successful with this applications, our Client requires candidates to have the following skills & experience;
* In-depth & wide ranging knowledge of Data Analysis covering detailed data requirements, strong Datamodelling skills & tools, knowledge of data flows & processes and strong SQL & MS Office (Excel, Visio etc) skills will also be required. Candidate who have worked on large Data & M.I Programmes within Financial Services are highly sought. In addition to these skills, candidates with previous knowledge & experience of the Investment/Asset/Wealth Management sectors are required and strong communication & stakeholder management skills are a must.
Any knowledge of data interrogation, data interfaces and data cleansing will also be highly sought as will any previous knowledge of Order Management Systems and multiple asset classes.
Our client also requires candidates to be clear & concise communicators, be well organised individuals and strong planning skills will also help.
