Task assignments:
- Product life cycle management covering technology watch, evaluation studies, implementation, support and training of products and tools included in the product family OADM (Office Automation and Document Management) such as web-tools and document management tools (including collaborative aspects and information publishing aspects).
- Contribution to the establishment of atechnical reference architecture for business process automation via handling technical implementation tasks within the areas covered by the project: collaboration, information dissemination and application integration.
- Design, development, tests, documentation, release control, maintenance and technical support of infrastructure software components and services matching given specifications.
- Provision of technical studies, technical expertise, technical
- Production of technical documentation.
- Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system for production deployment and in training administrators and users.
- Compliance with a standard way of working within the institution supported by a central documentation wiki, a project task tracking and source code control service.
Skills
- Strong knowledge and 9 years developer experience with the following Microsoft products: MS Office (word processing, spreadsheet, presentations, agenda), Infopath, Internet Explorer and most important strong programming skills within .NET and Visual Basic for Applications
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint and proven experience in corresponding Internet/Intranet web application development, testing and support
- Mastering HTML, CSS, XHTML, Javascript and other web browsers and related technologies such as Adobe's Dreamweaver, Coldfusion and Flex.
- Experience with revisable document formats, Unicode support, multilingual software technology aspects and the development & use of templates for office task automation
- Knowledge of SQL is a welcome asset
