UNIX based J2EE Application Server administrator and Middleware expert
WebLogic 10+ and/or WebSphere (ND 6.1+ or CE ) and IBM HTTP Server or SunOne Web Server (iPlanet)
o Build new instances and domains
o Solve performance problems
o Investigate and apply fixes, security patches
o On-going support and maintenance
Good understanding and practice with SSL implementations in various application Servers
Good understanding and practice with 2/3 tires architecture (Load Balancers -> Web Servers -> Application Servers).
(Additional) Operating System knowledge (as user not administrator): Solaris 10x, AIX 5x, RHEL
(Additional) Other: MQ, TIBCO
