Description
Our client is a hugely popular computer components manufacturer seeking a candidate to provide operational support for a high security production facility.
Duties include processing order requests, managing customer email, data entry, document creation and reviews, managing and updating inventories and supplies and other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years related work experience
- PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, e-mail, word processing, Internet (work with multiple websites, etc.), databases, spreadsheets, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in direct customer interaction and support
- Must have and the ability to successfully and accurately perform tasks using defined processes with attention to detail
- Initiative, self-motivation, and ability to operate in multitasking Operations environments with interruptions, priority changes ambiguity
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Availability to work Saturdays
