Volt is currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to work for one of our Global Leading Technology companies on an initial 6 month contract.

The purpose of the Sales Support Coordinator is to manage and maximise the efforts of the sales team by working with and assisting them in their data validation, task management and marketing activities.

This role will require a high level of organisational and time management skills, someone who can build a rapport with their teams and who is able to collect and collate contact information from a variety of information sources. A Proactive team player with hunger to win and succeed in a challenging sales environment.

Responsibilities:
-Updating contact information to the Sales tool
-Updating parenting information to the Sales tool
-Making contact calls to establish contacts
-Liaison with Account Managers (UK and Internationally based) to solve sub ownership of accounts

Essential Skills:
-Experienced in a Team Sales Support role
-Excellent on the telephone - especially in making first contact
-Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
-Strong reporting and analysis skills
-Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills
-Excellent communicator and Team player
-Used to working in a busy, vibrant constantly changing environment
