Certeco are currently looking for a highly motivated Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our business in London.

Candidates must have the following essential skills:

  • Proven experience/skills in a similar role/capacity
  • Experience in a corporate environment would be beneficial
  • Proven IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A professional, helpful and confident telephone manner
  • The ability to independently prioritise multiple overlapping tasks
  • The capacity to work as an efficient and reliable team member but also be able to work autonomously
  • The ability to be discreet and to deal tactfully and diplomatically with a wide range of people
  • Maintain a professional image on behalf of our company
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A strong work ethic
  • An eye for detail, be efficient and well organised
