Our client, a leading online betting exchange, is currently looking for an Executive Assistant for an initial 3 month contract based in Hammersmith.
We are looking for an experienced, Executive level EA to support our incoming CEO. This is a busy and demanding role requiring experience having supported at Executive level with a proven ability to liaise effectively with a PLC Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the CEO's office
- To act as the first point of contact and ambassador for the CEO
- Relationship management with the Board, Executive team, key stakeholders and PA's across the business
- To anticipate potential issues and take action to minimise impact
- Extensive diary management
- Assisting with correspondence, including drafting letter/email replies
- First point of contact for all visitors and telephone/email enquiries, ensuring all are actioned in a timely and professional manner
- Management of administrative processes including expense claims, invoices, performance reviews, actioning planning, etc
- Preparing and co-ordinating communications, documents and presentations as and when required; ensuring they are delivered to a high standard
- Co-ordination and organisation of all travel aspects, both overseas and locally.
- General office management including IT, filing, stationery, etc
