Description
ITIL Design & Implementation Consultant x 2 is required for a long term (minimum 5 year) programme in Dubai. This is part of a Government backed $3 billion programme for the Defense and Aerospace industry.
As ITIL Design and Implementation Consultant it will be your responsibility to: create an overall vision and strategy, put in place a robust plan and communications to support delivery, assign a programme/project manager and create a project team.
A key part of your role will be working closely with executive sponsors to ensure there is 'buy-in' so that they are accountable and the desired outcomes are achieved - this will really help drive a successful delivery but more importantly ensure that a culture of service and continuous improvement is promoted from within the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Dubais largest ever programme at the very beginning and make a real impact. NB: Arab speaking and local resource is highly desired.
