Our client, a leading banking organisation, currently seeks a Sales Management Business Analyst, to be based in The Docklands.

The Sales Management Business Analyst will be responsible for:

-Analyse 'Current State' Business process and systems to identify current capabilities, limitations and define delta for improvement. Creation of process maps and user manuals clearly identifying inputs, outputs, resources, systems and dependencies
-Engage senior management, lead discussions and ultimately define solutions based on key learning, best practices and recommendations
-Define 'Future State' Business processes and systems based on identified solution and translate/articulate into appropriate MS Office documents (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Analyse current DATA gaps and execute solutions to improve DATA quality
-Builds MS Excel templates/database for various purposes (Eg. Surveys/ClientVision usage tracking), utilizing Excel vLookups, PIVOT tables, macros (and possibly VBA) to translate data findings into meaningful presentations identifying Trends
-Plans, initiates, designs, develops, tests and delivers within Budget, Time and Quality tolerances. Follows best practice Project Management techniques
-Communicates effectively to senior managers, team members and internal clients
-Preparation, coordination and delivery of training in relation to newly developed tools/processes or updates to existing
-Assist in planning for, setting up and hosting the Sales workshops and drawing up additional Sales processes
-Documenting processes and creating guide book for training

As such, the successful Sales Management Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

-Strong analytical, interpersonal, communications, leadership, negotiation, presentation and decision making skills
-Good organisational skills with an ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines
-Strong commercial orientation combined with a customer driven approach
-Good people skills and ability to interact with senior executives
-Shows good initiative, and gets the job done
-Project management experience
