An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high profile client, based in London. The Commercial Advisor will develop the commercial business model and define the commercial strategy for the organisation. They will also provide commercial advice in the procurement of new services and support the set up of the commercial group within a new company.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop the commercial business model
- Develop and implement new commercial strategy, including putting contractual relationship in place between the company and customer organisations
- Develop supplier engagement approach and supplier management strategy
- Provide commercial advice on the development of Company design and operating model
- Identify options to procure third party support for the company team
- Support Finance and Resource Advisor in reducing costs for the company and customers

Key Skills and Experiences:

- Strong commercial and procurement leadership experience within both public and private sector
- Experience in design and implementing complex multi stakeholder commercial deals, models and frameworks
- Proven track record in delivering large procurements and ICT contracts

Candidates must have, or be willing to undergo, security clearance to SC level.
