Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Parts Forecasting Project objectives are to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Manufacturing Component Parts Forecasting process, enhance the Limits of Authority Approval process and improve reporting on actual results against forecasted requirements
Scope of work:
- SAP configuration and custom programming of the SOP Module, Inventory Management module and LSI
