Description
Responsible for providing analysis and resolution of highly complex technical problems related to the installation, testing and/or operation of Ericsson's LTE related CORE and Access products (EVDO, CDMA-RAN-CORE) for customers or field employees. Responsibilities include problem consultation, isolation, verification, resolution, documentation and status reporting. May serve as a technical resource to other departments and provides consultations on most complex technical support issues.
- Excellent knowledge of Ericsson Access Network products (EVDO, CDMA-RAN-CORE).
- IP Networking Certification (Ericsson Certification or External Certification)
- Ability to knowledge share and mentor Experienced and Assessed Service Engineers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in teams.
- Open and good at communication, Good team player and able to work in high pressure.
- Pro-active and very strong "Can do" attitude.
- Able to work 24x7 on call.
- Able to re-locate
- Must have excellent English skills (speak, write and read).
- Working knowledge of Ericsson's business process flow.
- Ability to adapt to customer working process.
