Essential Skills, Experience and Qualities
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
- Proven problem-solving ability
- 5 years' experience in software development
- C++ expertise
- Perl, Python or Shell Scripting experience
- SQL Database proficiency
- Interest in building Back End, Real Time, low-latency systems
- Self-motivated with drive to grow and expand knowledge
Desirable Skills, Experience and Qualities
- Familiarity with agile software development practices
- Experience in automated unit and acceptance testing
- Knowledge of FIX Protocol
- Proficiency in Unix environments
