A vacancy for a SAS Data Analyst has arisen within an independent analytical consultancy based in London. This excellent opportunity to work as a SAS Data Analyst & Consultant is for 3 months and is paying £290 – £310 a day!Due to a peak in work a SAS Data Analyst is required to assist in fully leveraging a clients CRM database. This will entail working partly as a CRM / Marketing consultant and partly as a SAS data analyst, applying your technical ability to understand and identify opportunities to utilise the data to it’s fullest potential.
You will be responsible for:
- Understanding what data is available and how clean & robust the data is
- Consulting clients on their business objectives and making strategic recommendations based on that understanding in areas such as target strategies, campaigns & CRM.
- Performing customer profiling & campaign analysis.
- Report writing & presentation to senior managers and senior client stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent knowledge of SAS :BASE with the ability to extract and manipulate data
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Be able to make business recommendations based on data analysis and an understanding of what can be achieved with the available data
- Retail CRM experience is viewed favourably.
