We are currently looking for a SAP CS Consultant for our major customer account based in Netherlands.
The following are the details;
Role: SAP CS Consultant
Job Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands
Rate: Open
Duration: 6 months
Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English
- Delivery experience for at least 2-3 projects
- Implementation or support experience in SAP Customer Service Module for 5 years or more. Besides SAP experience person should have relevant business experience for 3 years or more
- SAP certification or consumer goods or electronics experience is good to have. Good communication skills, client facing, problem solving, consulting skills and attitude to learn
Key Responsibilities
- Resolution of incidents, work with service operations lead and the team
- Ensure the SLA deliverables are met, monitor batch jobs where required
- Demonstrate the ability to learn, understand, and evaluate technical solutions efficiently
- Proactively evaluate and implement best practices for technology and methodology
- Ensure compliance with company process and procedures.
- Co-ordinates onsite/Off-shore team activities to ensure that the deliveries are of quality
