My client is a Government Department looking for a Finance and Resource Advisor to build and implement a new financial model and resource model following the creation of a new company.
Key tasks:
A Finance & Resource Advisor is required to. Implement the financial strategy and funding model for the company, providing transparency of charges to customers. Develop and implement a resourcing strategy and model to provide flexible resourcing to meet business demand. Support the development of the Finance & Resources Group within the company team (culture, organisational design, scope and approach). Lead the development of the business plan and products relating to the financial aspects of the company
Skills Required
Essential Skills. Excellent technical and interpersonal skills. Able to translate strategic options into financial results. Problem solving ability. Track record of making a contribution beyond the finance function to the broader commercial and strategic management of the business. Management of people transition issues/programmes (ie up-to-date understanding and experience). Establishment of career development and capability building processes and systems
