My Financial Services Client requires a Trainer for a 4 Month contract role based in Birmingham with a daily rate of £400 - £440.
The purpose of the project is to implement resolve into new divisions and roll out change requests.
The purpose of the role:
Complete Training needs Analysis.
Identify training scenarios.
Design and Build CBT training Modules using Captivate.
Work with business stakeholders to deliver CBT training and train SME's if required.
Skills and experience required:
Financial services experience.
Training material design including building of CBT modules using captivate.
Stakeholder management.
Excellent MS Office skills, including MS Visio.
Strong communication and writing skills.
