Description
In this position, you will be working as part of a High Performance Wireless Audio team to implement a series of proof-of-concept designs which will lead into developing a feature for the next generation of ultra-portable devices. You will be providing coding, testing and integration.
Responsibilities will include:
- Implementing several POC designs
- Working with internal and external stake holders to design an API so that customers can write software to explore the capabilities of the POC feature
- Working with product and platform teams to integrate the feature into various products
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency with C
- Motivation and ability to learn quickly
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills coupled with an aptitude to learn and innovate
Additional Skills/Considered a Plus:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of Bluetooth technology, protocol layers and profiles
- Knowledge of the Integrated Interchip Sound (I2S) standard
- Proficiency with Assembly Language using the ARCompact Instruction Set
- Proficiency with C++
- Experience writing firmware for Embedded devices
- Experience writing WDM or WDF (KMDF) drivers
- Experience using Matlab
- Interest in Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
- Interest in Graphical User Interfaces and User Experiences
