Description
The tasks that are to be performed include:
- Analysis of user requirements, design, data analysis and Datamodelling;
- Development/Test/Maintenance of applications;
- Integration of applications with other applications and databases;
- Configuration management & source management of developed objects;
- Assistance with training the administrators and users of the system;
- Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system;
- Second level support;
- Produce and/or update technical documentation in English;
- Provision of technical assistance to other team members;
- Participation in meetings with users;
- Assist key users in English or French;
Used development tools:
- Coldfusion 8 (or later);
- Oracle 10g (or later) incl. PL/SQL;
- Javascript;
- MSOffice 2010;
- Incident Management System (Jira)
- Source Control (SVN)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of experience in Coldfusion-PL/SQL, 8 years total (after secondary school)
- Knowledge of Ajax or JQuery is an advantage;
- Fluent in EN and a working knowledge of FR;
- Quick learning ability is required as well as teamwork spirit and ability to integrate in a multilingual
and multicultural environment;
- Knowledge of RUP is an advantage;
- Experience with web-services is an advantage;
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience creating web interfaces using ColdFusion
- Relevant experience with SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle environments;
