CrossWay Group, Inc. has the following Contract requirement:
The successful candidate will be reporting to a Project/Program manager from an activity standpoint and will have a key role within various project deployments. He/she will partner with the DQ COE Leader and the quality MBB. Jointly, they are responsible for the application and data migration of Legacy systems and the transition approach. He/She will manage a small staff to support the data migration activities, but direct resources across the project team to facilitate the successful data migration.
Define and implement the strategy and solution to support the migration of Legacy data
into the SAP Application.
Develop overall migration plan
Identify and quantify source data to satisfy master and transactional data requirements for
the SAP Application.
Lead data assessment and mapping activities, and architect the underlying migration
framework to extract, transform, validate, enrich and load the Legacy source data.
Execute technical leadership on the use of the technology platform and tools to perform the
profiling and migration of Legacy data.
Plan and manage the efforts of technical developers
Set up a concept for migration (data and application) and the transition approach
regarding to time, costs and risk
Lead transition planning regarding technical and organizational aspects and coordination with stakeholders including validation plans
Provide data migration status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders
Act as the final point of escalation for all data migration issues, proactively bringing about appropriate interventions.
This contract will be 75% remote and 25% on-site.

Duration: 12 - 18 Months Plus
