Linux AND WINDOWS ENGINEER NEEDED
Our client is a hugely popular computer components manufacturing company with an excellent contract offering for a seasoned Software Engineer with Linux and Windows experience.
OVERVIEW:
- Setup and administration
- Some development and component building
- Gathering requirements from customers to design and implement tool
- Software Configuration management and automation
- Modification of Python, Java and C# code to fix bugs in current tool set
- Creation of new software tools for the team to address desired features
- Integration with other tools to achieve greater automation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Strong Linux and Windows Scripting skills
- Strong proficiency in web development and SQL programming
- Java, Python, C# programming
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-directed with ability to work well with team
