Description
Pharmaceutical Industrial Production Engineer
Working for a global provider on a pharmaceutical manufacturing project.
He/she will need to understand tablet manufacturing and tablet packaging so that they can identify and implement improvements.
Required Experience:
-Multi disciplinary Engineering experience gained in a pharmaceutical environment, and ability to be 'hands on'
-Knowledge of secondary pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing processes, including validation activities.
-Knowledge of secondary pharmaceutical packaging machinery would also be helpful
-Financial understanding and experience of writing project proposals and executing minor project within the pharmaceutical environment.
-MUST understand GMP and other pharmaceutical manufacturing issues.
Key Skill Set and Abilities:
-Secondary Manufacture Experience
- Project Engineering Experience, leading capital projects
- Act as liaison between Capital & Production teams
- Ability to do basic design work & liaise with suppliers
- Provide day to day support for production (in particular quality investigations & manage resulting work)
- Documentation creation (PIP's, URS's etc)
