Description
Our client, a leading Investment Management organisation based within the City of London is currently seeking an Investment Operations Assistant. The Investment Operations Assistant will sit within the Front Office and deal with client service queries as well as interacting with our clients Third Party Agency.
The Investment Operations Assistant will be monitoring trades entered by the Front Office as well as monitoring Corporate Actions. The Investment Operations Assistant will be responsible for ensuring minimal errors, reconciling item's, monitoring causes to identify underlying trends as well as ensuring errors are documented and reported. The successful Investment Operations Assistant will be working closely with the Front & Middle Office and will be expected to have experience using an Order Management System, ideally thinkFolio, Aladdin and/or LatentZero.
The Investment Operations Assistant will come from a Trade Operations and/or Investment Operations background and will have extensive experience with either: Cash Management, Trade Support, Corporate Actions and/or Reconciliations
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within an Investment Banking or Investment Management organisations.
