"Recruitment Administrator - Letchworth, Hertfordshire"
Our leading client is looking for an Administrator to work on a high volume recruitment project. Whilst previous recruitment experience is preferable we will consider someone enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills
You will be tasked with booking in candidates for Assessment centres and reporting.
Core skills will envolve
* Updating Recruitment database
* Co-ordinating interviews
* Collating information such as CV's, notice period etc.
* Able to work under pressure
Advantageous
Ability to carry Competency Based Interviews
The project need somebody with strong communication skills MS Excel and general computer literacy.
