Our client, a leading UK retail bank, currently seeks a Customer Insight Change Manager, to be based in their London office, working on important Group strategic initiatives to build out the organisation's customer value management aspects of its key programmes to will drive significant value to the business.

The Customer Insight Change Manager will be responsible for:
* Acting as a dedicated insight contact to manage the insight provision to business initiatives, contributing towards the development of longer-term plans and the strategic direction of the business unit as it seeks to gain competitive advantage by leveraging customer information
* Relationship Management between key project stakeholders
* Direct the efficient use of the data and central analyst pool to create bespoke insights and translate this into actionable commercially advantageous outcomes.
* Create economies of scale & learning
* Leading, motivating, developing and appraising team members as necessary

As such, the successful Customer Insight Change Manager will have the following skills and experience:
* Experienced project Change Manager/Project Manager
* Prior experience of Customer Insight Projects
* Delivery of Business intelligence and customer information projects
* Develop and maintain effective working and influencing relationships with key stakeholders and delivery teams.
* Communicates complex or difficult messages effectively to different audiences, tailoring the approach. * Contribute to the research, analysis of new concepts/ideas, and reviews of existing systems and processes, recommending specific options.
* Monitor and report on programme timescales and budgets, making recommendations to overcome delays, difficulties or cost over-runs.
* Timely and accurate completion of own project deliverables, assessing and managing risks and identifying counter-measures.
* Deliver project-related presentations to gain acceptance and support for forthcoming changes.
* Ensure compliance with the Bank's instructions, standards and reporting requirements together with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
