Experis Finance are currently recruiting for a Qualified (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) Experienced Financial Accountant to be based in Cheltenham working for a Global business in the general ledger function.
The ideal candidate will be able to strongly example;
Double entry book keeping, large balance sheet experience, cash flow and high reconcilliation, Supporting the wider General ledger team, Working with FX and ledgers for multiple currencies
Reviewing balance sheet and P&L to ensure appropriate valuation and resolve any queries
Preparing appropriate reconciliation, account analysis and general ledger entries
Monthly reporting cycles and month end closing process
Reviewing journal entry listing and resolving prior to month end losing process.
You will ideally come from a large blue chip organisation and have had exposure to working in multiple currencies and FX alongside aspects of Finance Manager or Controller roles.
Initially on a 12 month contract with high possibility for contract extension and opportunity for the role to become permanent as part of a large Finance team.
