Looking for strong Complaints review officers to assist the resolution of regulatory complaints (in line for FSA/FOS regulations) for a leading global bank. This is an ongoing project which offers longevity.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of Life, Pension and Investment products and of the Regulated Financial Services environment, along with experience of redress calculations. A thorough understanding of the complaints life cycle within the financial industry is required. Additionally, the role holder will support the development of fellow Review Officers by maintaining an open and honest working relationship with colleagues through discussion and sharing of information, and creating 'best practice' in relation to the standards applied.

The role holder will have recently worked in a financial services environment on investment complaints.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) is required

Full Financial Planning Certificate (FPC 1, 2 & 3) or Certificate for Financial Advisors (CEFA)
