Description
2+ years of good training experience required, also web and coding/Scripting experience, including SharePoint. Knowledge of networking as well as Windows Server /XP/Vista. W7 and Windows Phone experience. Thorough hardware experience with HP & Dell Servers is needed. Project management skills/experience preferred.
Work as part of team supporting clients on site providing front line support troubleshooting hardware and software issues via on site "Techlink" Service Desk one day a week or more.
* Maintenance and Repair of LAN equipment on campus
General IT Work
* Use Ticketing system to log all calls
* Admin (Email, CRM, phone etc.)
* Patching of network connections around building
Web Creation and Development
* Creation of Web based portals and solutions for IT group
Collaboration & Communication:
* Attend and contribute to relevant IT meetings
* Attend other meetings with IT Manager.
* Support businesses on site around financially sensitive periods of the year.
Other
* Project work to be directed by the IT Manager.
