Description
Our client requires experienced SAP Payroll consultants for their massive global implementation project
An integral part of a Global HCM project, you will be charged to drive outcomes, ensure coverage, and liaise with business and technical teams as well as stakeholders.
We are looking for consultants that have:
- Good knowledge of the following SAP modules: Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management.
- Strong SAP HCM and business requirement gathering experience
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM functional resource, preferably from a vendor/consulting background
- Strong ANZ payrolls knowledge
- Strong implementation experience, as well as end to end project life cycle experience
- Ability to interact with users, document business requirements and train users
- Experienced in producing detailed test plans and test summary reports (essential)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good influencing and relationship building Skills
- A high level of self confidence to interact and communicate across a variety of levels in the business
- Strong execution focus
These roles are 3 year contracts. Permanent positions are available if desired. Multiple roles are on offer.
