JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct requirements gathering session,
Create Use cases,
Conduct JAD and JAR sessions.
Perform System analysis on IST (individual sales tool),
ABSS (agent portal),
SalesForce, utilizing SQL for data mapping and data validation.
