Description
A leading retail banking group is looking to hire a Credit & Corporate Real estate Data Analyst on a temporary 3-4 month contract.
This is a new opportunity to provide a valuable and significant contribution to a high profile and time critical project. The project will deliver a new real estate commercial lending database which will strengthen the Bank's risk management capability for this important sector and enhance internal and regulatory reporting capability.
Your role will be to gather, analyse, interpret and record detailed information regarding the Group's exposure to commercial investment and development property.
You will be capturing and validating the required data for populating the database. It would be beneficial to have experience or understanding of real estate credit analysis or relationship support.
You will also need to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills and have previous experience of data gathering and analysis. Given the pace and criticality of the work it is key that you demonstrate the ability to work under your own initiative and to deadlines.
The successful candidate should be prepared at short notice, if required, to undertake periods of travel throughout various Bank offices within the UK.
Key Skills:
- Proven background in credit data gathering, analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of real estate commercial lending requirements
- Ability to prioritise workloads, with a proven track record of delivering results within tight timescales
- Ability to gather, interpret, document and validate the data in the required format for the Real Estate Database project
