Senior BI Test Manager sought for our clients complex BI project based in Copenhagen/Denmark. This is a 3 months contract opportunity with the possibility to extend all throughout .
The BI Test Manager will play a leading role in implementing software testing on an operational level across portfolio programs, enabling them to successfully deliver high quality solutions that are part of the fundamental components of the client's strategy.

These programs are supplemented by existing reporting solutions - including SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and CODS (Consolidated Operational Data Store).
As a Senior BI Test Manager your Key Responsibilities are leading and coaching project and test teams (150 Testers!) in embedding, maintaining and improving testing activities within the already existing test framework based on best practice standards, processes and templates - including:
- Implement BI Master test plan
- Implement BI test roadmap
- Implement Product Risk Analysis
- Implement Test strategy - based on risk Matrix
- Build ownership and maintenance of the above artefacts
- Build test team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation (internal or consultants)
- Identify training requirements (Technical and Soft skills)
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skill set:
- 10+ years experience as a Test Manager
- Test Management experience within Business Intelligence.
- Experience with complex projects and capability to lead 150 staff.
- Structured and result oriented. Ability to communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience with Business Objects and/or Microsoft BI and/or Teradata would be considered an asset.
- Fluent business level English in written and spoken.
