Interim HR Advisor
Our Client, a successful Not For Profit organisation based in Oxfordshire has an exciting new and immediate opportunity for an Interim HR Advisor to join them on an initial 5 month contract with the opportunity to extend permanently upon completion of the contract. As the HR Advisor you'll provide a comprehensive and professional support and advice to the business on a range of HR activities to enable the department to meet its performance objectives and targets. My Client is offering a daily rate of £ per day.
Working closely with the HR Manager, this brand new Interim HR Advisor position will focus on operational HR activities that will include areas such as Employee Relations, Absence, Maternity, Discipline, Grievance, Policies and Procedures, Recruitment and Development. In addition this role will also involve working practically on people strategies to support projects within the business.
Key Accountabilities of the Interim HR Advisor:
- Conduct all ER activities
- Provide HR advice and support
- Provide advice to managers and staff on issues relating to HR practice and changes in policies and procedures
- Advise and implement best practice and procedures, in line with company policies.
- Manage employee databases, updating employees' personal, job and salary data as and when required.
- New employee set ups, formal offers, employment contracts and references.
- Maintenance of sickness records and the production of absence reports for management.
- Deal with day-to-day employee and manager queries.
As the ideal candidate, you will be CIPD qualified or working towards your CIPD, have a strong HR generalist background and be available at short notice.
