My Teleoms client is looking for a SAP Business Analyst for a 9 month contract based in Dublin
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active participant in roll out of SAP across Openet -from design, testing and implementation to go-live.
- Gain an understanding of Openet's industry and business requirements
- Analysis and documentation of As Is existing processes and systems.
- Analysis and documentation of To Be processes.
- Assist SAP implementation partner in the mapping of existing systems/processes to SAP - input into design workshops
- Act as Lead for UAT phase, project manage UAT to completion.
a. Own delivery of UAT Plan, UAT schedule and Defects Management Plan
b. Facilitate and manage test cases creation and execution
c. Work closely with the ERP Program Manager to align dates, resources and deliverables
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent (IT)
- Project Management or Business Analysis Certification beneficial
- Min 6 years solid Business Analysis and UAT Lead Experience
SKILLS
Essential:
- Experience working on an SAP or other similar ERP application implementation.
- Experience in one or more of the following SAP modules - HR&ESS, PPM PS, BI.
- Process creation, review and implementation
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel & Visio
- Strong technical writing ability - use cases and test cases
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional requirements
- Strong technical background
- High tolerance for fast pace and change. Good verbal/written communication skills; influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
- Strong organization and facilitation skills.
