Service Level Manager NL/FR/EN
This is an initially short contract but with good scope for extension - the project is to run for a year.
Candidates must be fluent in Dutch, French and English
You will be responsible for the Service level Management across different contracts for a top customer.
Your activities consist of:
Define and document the SLM process
SLA/KPI healthcheck exercise
Establish procedures for agreeing SLR's
Define SLA's
OLA set up
Compile and maintaining a service catalogue
Support on SLA/KPI for underpinning contracts
GAP analyse and write action plan on automatic or semi-automatic reporting
Interact and alignment process with NUPS reporting
Standardisation on reporting template EUI
Trending reporting
Booklet on KPI/SLA
Stakeholder in formal signoff Project to Operations
Document the interdepencies between contractual and client processes
Required Profile and skills:
Senior profile with sound knowledge of Service Management (Reporting) Tools
Analytic
Stress resistant
You take initiative and systematically drive for results
You are able to inform efficiently and liaise actively at all levels
You are able to learn quickly
Master degree or equivalent by experience
Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French and English (oral and written)
