*Payroll Team Leader*
5 excellent opportunities have arisen working for a leading IT and business services company for 5 Payroll Team Leader
These Team Leader will be for initially 12 months with a likely HOOD of changing to Permanent.
The Payroll Team Leader is responsible and accountable for the processing of the payrolls allocated to them and their accuracy and delivery on time, and for ensuring that each payroll is delivered in accordance with the respective Service Level Agreement and Contract.
The Payroll Team Leader reports to the Payroll Manager.
Deliver accurate and timely payroll(s) in accordance with processes and client specific working procedures
* Ensure all aspects of the payroll(s) have been scheduled and all housekeeping tasks performed, including filing, archiving and data clear-downs
* Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and their employees.
* Undertake tax year end delivery ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations. Meet the payroll(s) Service Level Agreements
* Respond to and resolve Client and employee queries within the required timescales
* Attend Client Service Review meetings as required
* Maintain up-to-date payroll legislation and product knowledge, escalating to the Payroll Manager where further training is required
* Assisting with training, coaching and support for new team members
* Ensure accurate invoices are produced for the provision of the payroll service delivered
