Senior Global Resourcing Manager (Financial Services/Retail Banking) - Up to £550.00 per day - Knutsford, Cheshire - 3 months+
My global financial services client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Senior Global Resourcing Manager with Financial Services/Retail Banking industry experience.
To be considered for this role candidates must have extensive HR and Recruitment experience and the ability to be able to challenge senior stakeholders in their recruitment recommendations. You will be responsible for maintaining a headcount of 1600 people across global locations and be able to travel globally at short notice.
You will also require the following:
A resourcing background within a HR environment, resource strategy, interpreting data, analytical background, business partnering skills and strong stakeholder skills. In depth knowledge of reporting presentations and delivery to senior stakeholders. Sound commercial judgement and overall understanding of the Financial Services industry.
