We are currently recruiting for a Collections Coordinator based in the offices in Birmingham for a 2-3 months ongoing contract.
Main role will be Collection and recovery of outstanding debt within a target based environment and be given cases to work on with targets and deadline of amounts that need to be collected.
You will ensure the prompt collection of cash against billed revenue and the prompt resolution of queries by working effectively building relationships with customers.
You will chase overdue debt inline with the Company policy and procedures to secure prompt payment and utilise your excellent communication skills to proactively work to improve customer behaviour and ensure all customers pay to terms.
Attention to detail is vital for this position to help ensure that all contracts are processed in a robust and timely manner. Reconciliation background within a finance department, collecting insurance payments, debt recovery or loan repayments and managing rent arrears within a lettings or housing association background will be suitable ideally.
